Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial

All new SLPMate accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Subscription Payments

After your free trial, SLPMate is billed at $59 per month. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to SLPMate until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

Refunds

Because SLPMate offers a 14-day free trial before any payment is taken, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has begun. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at joyfromslpmate@gmail.com and we will review your case promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

We handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please reach out and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
